HP Inc, which announced it was buying the printer business of Samsung earlier this year, said the two companies will continue to operate as competitors until the end of the first half of 2017, after which they will become two brands under the umbrella of HP Inc. Samsung will continue providing customer services for its printers even after the completion of the sale. HP, for its part, will honor all discounts and other agreements between Samsung and its customers for the duration agreed by the seller. |
